:( Bishop only got .08" of precip. Received only .25" here closer to the mountains...

It was a good "little" dumper; and every little bit helps. But the most important part was that there was good water content in the snow. I got up close and personal by doing some shoverling Saturday. It was good old fashioned "Sierra Cement!" Wet and heavy on the east slope here at 7,000'.

Desolation probably got new snow in the two foot range....

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

probably more - 6" of water content at the Echo Peak sensor since March 16.

Well, I don't want it to melt at all until after May 3rd when I'm done with my backcountry ski tour. After that I'm all for it!
