Non Sierra photos

Post by Robert »

These are from a small hike I took in the Catalina Mountains North of Tucson, AZ. This is the mountain that burned during the Aspen Fire several years ago.

Not really sure why they appear as thumbnails. You can check them out at my photobucket site http://s56.photobucket.com/albums/g184/Robert_Becker/

Thanks for looking.

try right-mouse-clicking the full-sized photos and copying those links rather than right-mouse-clicking and copying the thumbs. :p

I love the forming T-clouds. Awesome!

the "Sky-on-fire" one looks incredible. What did you think as you were viewing that in person? Must have been cool.

Eric,
You mean I have to read something and follow directions?
Just kidding, thanks for the help.

Mountaineer,
I was thinking about what an incredibly beautiful land we live in and how fortunate I am to be able to travel to various locations on my company's expense. I wish they would send me to Palau someday!
I set up my tripod on a concrete pad in a small parking lot at a trailhead. When I arrived there, I was alone. By the time the sunset was becoming dramatic, there were people all around. One woman was overheard saying "That man with that big camera needs to move, he's in my way".

Also, I was thinking about this guy that I nearly stepped on that morning....
