Happy Days!

Post by balzaccom »

Our younger daughter got married last weekend, and we were delighted that she and her new husband decided to spend their honeymoon in Yosemite. It was his first visit to the park, and he was enchanted---of course. And when we offered to take him backpacking the next time they came to visit, he accepted with alacrity.

Nice kid. Nice to have him in the family!

Congrats! Our son got married about a year ago, and they are buying their first house, and about ready to make us grandparents. These events are getting more special to me the older I get. He shelved his plans to go backpacking with me this year, but wants to get out next year.
