For those who had the gumption to wade through the meager photos that accompanied my trip report about a week ago, here is a cache of additional shots that help to illuminate segments of the trip that were short-changed earlier. Again, with a camera battery that was fading, there were very few photos at trip's end, but the one shot toward Cox col does give an idea of the snow still lingering in mid-August. For afficionados of snow cups, Cox had every size and flavor. Otherwise, the Sierra doled out typical warm, dry August weather that was great for rambling.........

Thanks for the extra pictures. I agree with Quentin, the amount of snow still up there in August is amazing.
