Oh, I forgot to say the most important thing... posting technicalities aside, it's a beautiful photograph! :)

I think I thought I knew what you meant if only you thought what I was thinking what you thought.

Really..I got it.

Instead of photo.net, was seems to be the general consensus about photo storage sites? Or has this been done before and I simply haven't looked for the thread?!

Regards,
Robert

BTW, thanks for the compliments!

For linking to forums, I think Photobucket will let you do it with a free account, and I think Flickr.com will as well.

It seems to work for me. After the first time, the image shows up.

For some odd reason, it seems that if you manually load the image (enter the URL into a new browser instance), the image will load correctly on the forum page here. Once you kill the current instance of the forum (HST) and bring it back up again, it's not displaying again (until you manually enter the URL again). Looks like the image hoster needs to have an active session token before it'll permit the image to be linked.

I had to copy/paste into a new browser too. I have my own website for photos so I can't personally recommend a photo site.

Nice photo!

I'm guessing it has to do with Photo.net not allowing hotlinking without an active session. I don't have any experience with Photo.net, so I'll have to step aside for others with more experience with Photo.net.
