subscriptions drop

Instead of emailing or messaging the Admins or Mods with technical support questions or comments about the site, we prefer you check here to see if someone else has had the same difficulty or has made the same suggestion. What you're after might have already been posted and addressed here or within the FAQ. If not, please post a detailed description of the problem/suggestion and someone from the HST team will address your needs shortly. If you can't login/post and are unable to reset your password on your own, you may contact us directly.

Not sure what the problem is. I'll have to take a look after the holiday. Sorry for the trouble.

Post by John Dittli »

Well, it's still going on, very weird. If I don't visit the site for a week or so I quite getting notifications. But then, if I visit a topic I start getting them again for that topic??!?

Is the ghost in my machine or yours?

I've made a couple of changes in the Admin panel such as increasing the e-mail package size limit, and also changed my admin e-mail address. Make sure to add ** to your safe list.

Let's see if that helps.

I like "ecosterling!" Sounds like some kind of low-carbon-footprint silver. :p

Had to type the hidden characters to get logged on today... HST's is about the hardest to decipher I've run across (maybe it's just my eyes)!

BSquared, It's not just your eyes. I had to do that a week ago when in got "logins exceeded max". I think it's the colors that cause the problem. It doesn't look like the standard Captcha B/W thing i see on other sites.

I had to punt on the first one, and redo the second. And still, we're here.
