Central Coast

Here are a few pics from near my home. I think I am a pretty fortunate guy to have viewed all this beauty while at work. :)

You are indeed fortunate, that is a great part of California. I think California is so diverse, hard to believe it is home to so much wonderful natural beauty.

Is that last shot Hazards?

Thanks for sharing.

Very nice, great photos. Thank you for sharing. One of the other forums I belong to have a trip scheduled over there somewhere. Lost Coast I think. I'll have to make an effort to go sometime.
Piece of cake.

Whoa, that last image is a keeper.

Being your neighbor up the road I know just what you mean about the central coast. If I can remember to bring my camera to work I'll take a few photos from the office window and post them here too (hint: very similar views).

That shot was taken near where Old Creek empties into the ocean in Cayucos.

By the way, if you check out the current issue of Surfing magazine there is a photo of a surfer on a big wave about 1/2 mile off the end of the Cayucos Pier.

Great Shots!

I get over there about twice a month to surf Cayucus (0ff 24th st.) and Pismo Pier. Maybe I'll run into you sometime.

And here is (kind of - sort of) a picture of the neighborhood as being observed by my cat, Socks.

A-ha! Now I know. You have one of the prettiest drives to work a person could have. I know you'll recognize where these two pics were taken, eh?
