I thought there was a stunning (though mirror) resemblance between the "skylines" in Lost Coyotes Minarets and Rlowns Crest.

Matthes Crest!! AWESOME =D> pictures of one of my most favorite features in the Sierra! Thanks guys. Didn't get around to it until my 50th birthday, and it was an absolute blast. Went to climb it with the wife in the early '90's but we were half way up the first pitch and could see an intense storm coming at crazy speed. We got off just as all hell broke loose, dumped our metal climbing gear, ran to low ground and sat on our rope and got completely soaked and shivering. Wife lost all interest in Matthes after that, so it was about ten years before I got back there with someone else. But I digress....
