Off Roading in Panamint Valley, Death Valley NP

Post by Snow Nymph »

WLD enjoyed DV so much, he wanted to spend his birthday weekend there. He had his family, with 2 RV's and 3 Rubicons. This was a good time to get SnowDude out there to learn to use the gears and see what a Rubicon can do.

Goler Wash, Mengal Pass, Butte Valley and a few Adopt-a-Cabins

Four Rubicons and 9 people drove up Goler Wash, a stop at Barker Ranch where Charles Manson lived til he was arrested, over Mengal Pass, then into Butte Valley to visit some of the Cabin's. We did this last month, but the drive up was more for the first timers and for SnowDude to get the feel of it. It seemed a lot easier to me this time.
