Ha! Look closely in the lower left corner... if I were a marmot I'd hang out here too. Good eats in the unattended backpacks left at Trail Pass for those going for the Whitney summit, and a spendid view to chew!

This is wild and remote S.F. Cartridge Creek in Kings Canyon Nat'l Park, somewhere along the way between Horseshoe Lakes and Marion Lake as we made a big loop around the Cirque Crest.

Love that Spring Lake photo Maverick!

Here's one taken high above Nine Lakes Basin from the summit of a pass I mistook for Pants Pass. Kaweah Gap is the low saddle on the middle right.
