Siesta Lake

Post by Hikin Mike »

Here's a recent picture of Siesta Lake. Thankfully I was able to walk across the road without getting run over! Shortly after this was taken it started snowing...

I heard it was closed for a few hours and re-opened. I love that place...but can't afford it right now. Spent way too much $$ lately on pictures and stuff. I hope they sell...

Whoa Nellie Deli closed Sunday. Ate breakfast there Sat and Sun, and dinner Sat night with Calhiker and Randonee.

Can't get enough of that place!

Mono Pass Trailhead was deserted. No footprints in the snow on the trail. Only saw a few cars pass by. Didn't see anyone til we got to Whoa Nellie Deli.
