Hi, great pictures on Gamber's Special and sounds like a fun trip!

Where is Gambler's Special? I'm not familar with that peak at all and a little browsing around on topozone (near The Cleaver as your pics seemed to hint at) didn't seem to help me find it. I'd like to give it a go next year (or maybe this year still!) so any beta would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

welcome to the board G4B -
on topo maps you will see her referred to as 12,960 and reached via several options in the Carillon Valley. You may find some other Ridgecrest friends who can give you the story of why she is called "The Gambler's Special" or go read in the summit register

thanks - Tom
