What's your age, Topix people!?

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

Proud to say that the organic parts are 54 and the nickle-plated titanium hip is 9.5 months new, and working like it's previous part before it ground itself into disrepair. That hip replacement was the best thing I've ever done for the quality of my backpacking experience, let alone now I can sleep thru the night without popping Vicoden every 4 hours. Gads. What a journey this life has been. :retard:

Well, if we're counting that way:

Left eye 44 (my feminine side)
Right eye 65 (my senior discount side)
Rest of the parts 49

Thank God for organ donors.

72 last August. Still going strong. I intend to backpack until I drop. My mother made it to 99, my dad 59, so guess my goal is half way between the two: 79.
