I have been ask to do a measurable rainfall anaylsis for the Town of Independence. This measurment was recorded at the EPA Site in Fort Indpendendenc using EPA approved and calibrated equipment. An EPA approved QAPP was in place. The timeframes for the analysis are:

October 2006 thru April 2007;

Oct 06 - 0.02 in
Nov 06 - 0.00 in
Dec 06 - 0.06 in

Jan 07 - 0.47 in
Feb 07 - 0.37 in
Mar 07 - 0.01 in
Apr 07 - 0.15 in

TOTAL for the Season: 1.08 in

Average measurable rainfall for the Season = 5.0 / 6.0 in
