Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.
Aside from a few posts being lost from the day or so leading up to, and during the site going down...everthing should be working now. If you experience issues, please post about them in the Technical Problems forum rather than emailing or PM'ing me. That way, the same questions don't get asked over and over.
I still have not had a chance to move the site to our new host, but I plan to begin the process within about a week. During that time, there may be additional downtime, and there's not really a whole lot I can do about that. Thank you everyone for being sooooo patient, and understanding.
