Rain and snow have helped, but we are far from out of the drought conditions, especially central California:

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Do you understand the chart? I deal w stats, but for life of me cannot understand what the % numbers indicate.

My biggest fear is that people will forget the drought and water conservation since we've had an "average" rain year.
