Just stopping by like I said I would once in a while. Here is a good one!

Northern Alberta has it's share of great fish producing lakes and we happened to hit one when all the stars were aligned. The action was non stop all day long, fish after fish. Incredible. What a blast and some really Big Northern Pike and Walleye. Can't beat ice fishing like this.

very nice! Liked your head down revive move as well.

We're just sitting here watching Spring come. Trees are starting to bloom. I'd rather be fishing..

Yeah here in Vancouver the flowers are starting to pop up and trees starting to bud as well. But still plenty of Ice in the interior of Canada and I'll be ice fishing till end of March. I can't get enough fishing haha!

what auger are you using? may have asked that before but still curious. I would think you're pushing an 8", but how thick is the ice?

We usually use an 8" or 10" auger. I have an Eskimo 33cc 8", cuts well. My dad has the big one the 10" 71cc. It's kind of heavy but works well. My father in law has a bunch a 10 inch strikemaster and a 10 inch Jiffy. Uncle has the same one as me. When you have this much ice we all have gas augers haha!

This is what the big 71 cc looks like at -30C

JFC@#$! well.. that's the short word :)

I can hardly wait for TahoeJeff's reply.

If we hike it in, it's generally manual, but ok. A nice video.
