I know the trout doesn't have to wear the swag, but it was an interesting thought.

Russ, maybe we could add a hook to the patch and use it as a lure. What trout could resist? :D

The deadline for submission passed almost two months ago. I don't think it would be fair to those who submitted by the deadline to open it up for others who did not.
