I should have said first "decent" snow of the season. Out of the 13 days on the slopes this season, this weekend was fun with good weather and conditions! Normally I would have had 13 days in before Jan 1st. Instead I've got a lot of peaks in this year! :D

great photos Snowy! so screamer is a boarder? not surprised. he was cool from the moment he came on the scene! he seemed to take to the snow real well. it's good that he's a balanced monkey. don't want him to think that weekends are only for desert peaks! i gotta remember to take his cousin up there this weekend to see how she likes skiing.

A day to test my legs out for Vertical Cure
PHOTOS: http://snownymph.smugmug.com/gallery/2660059#141022815

I decided to do the Vertical Cure Ski-a-thon (fundraiser for Scleraderma), but had not been on the slopes much in 2007, so a week before the event, I spent a day on the slopes to see how the legs felt
