Snow Nymph's Recent Climbing Accident

Fellow Members,

Our very own Snow Nymph had a 500 lb boulder roll over her while climbing near
Mammoth.
Luckily she had her SPOT, and SAR got her out safely.
From what has been written by a friend of hers this morning is all we know as of now:
Deborah wrote:

Her right arm is in a sling. She has one crutch to help her walk. One foot was injured
-- her left one I think, based on a comment about not being able to drive her FJ, which
has a standard transmission.

She posted a VERY short video of herself wheeling around a grocery store in their electric wheelchair.

Her smile is glowing, though I'm sure she is sore and likely still on pain meds.
Let's all give her our best wishes for a speedy and full recovery!!!! Go Snowy!!

I second that -- I wish her a speedy recovery. Her website is amazing. I have traveled the Sierras vicariously through that website for years.

All the blessings of good health and a fast recovery on you, Snow Nymph!
