So, I subscribe to the Yose planning site. I got this today; There are webinars as well as "in person" reviews of the plans for the Tuolumne and Merced plans. Anyway:
Tuolumne River Draft Plan and Environmental Impact Statement Webinars and Public Meetings

We are pleased to officially announce a series of webinars and public meetings featuring the Tuolumne Wild and Scenic River Draft Comprehensive Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (TRP). The TRP was released for public review and comment on January 8, 2013. The public comment period for the TRP is open through Monday, March 18, 2013.

The goal of the two webinars is to highlight the Preferred Alternative and the protection and enhancement of river values. The public meetings will be an opportunity to learn more information about the plan, interact with park staff, and provide feedback. Both the webinars and public meetings will include opportunities to ask questions about the plan. To participate in one of the webinars, please visit yose.webex.com. Each webinar will be recorded and available for download from this same website afterward.
