Miracle March in Lake Tahoe

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

Miracle March in Lake Tahoe

Post by TahoeJeff »

It waited 'till the bitter end, but we have almost half a foot of the white stuff at lake level and it's still coming down!

Tioga pass entry station has about 64". Not stellar, but very nice to see. I'd prefer the 11' winter. I'd expect the plows to make easy work of it this year, unless April gets wet as well.
