High Sierra Topix

Anyone watching this? If you are I wonder if any of you feel like I do in that it seems like a lot of fun and something we would gladly put ourselves through. Besides the food deprivation it reminds me a lot of my cross country Sierra adventures. I've run out of food plenty of times after thinking my reliable fishing spots would feed me. It's actually an entertaining show and reinforced my belief that a good hiking buddy that you can get along with in the back country is worth their weight in gold. The first participant to drop out wore new hiking boots out of the box and had to quit due to blisters. Duh!
