Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. The above is a graphic I posted over on a summitpost thread showing resulting daily precipitation recordings of that storm series which gave us more rain than the largest storm periods we usually see in most winters though less than a few of the history makers. The last map shows how when it went into Arizona, rains were indeed epic. Caught an Arizona meterologist's comment that it will go down as one of their top five winter rain events yet seen in historic times.
