Current conditions in SeKi/Dome Land?

My plans for doing Arches/Moab fell through, so I'm thinking about hitting the SeKi/Western Divide Highway/Domeland area last week of March. Primarily car-camping and photog week. I recall reports of heavy snow in Southern Sierra; trouble for Kennedy Meadows hikers? How about Sequoia NP?
