volunteer work with Yosemite Assn or with Sierra Club

I had wonderful experiences as a month-long volunteer in the Sierra Club's lodge on Donner Pass, am wondering if anyone knows how month-long volunteering with Yosemite Association in the valley or Tuolumne Meadows compares?
