Bear vs man, gun barely helps

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. So do I. I don't have a heck of a lot of sympathy for that guy. The story makes it sound like the bear was unsporting, because it didn't agree to roll over and die.
