THE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH THAT CREATED LIGHT SNOW IN THE HIGH COUNTRY AND ISOLATED RAIN SHOWERS IN THE VALLEYS HAS MOVED ON TO THE NORTHEAST. A QUICK HITTING SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH OUR AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING BRINGING WITH IT A FEW SHOWERS FOR THE VALLEYS AND A DUSTING IN THE HIGH COUNTRY. WEDNESDAY WILL BE A TRANSITION DAY WITH CLEARING SKIES AND WEAK RIDGING IN THE AFTERNOON.

TODAY FOR BISHOP AND THE OWENS VALLEY: PARTLY SUNNY BECOMING MOSTLY CLOUDY. HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 72 AND LOW TEMPERATURES AROUND 37. NORTHWEST WIND 8 - 11 MPH.

TOMORROW FOR BISHOP AND THE OWENS VALLEY: MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 74 AND LOW TEMPERATURES AROUND 35. NORTHWEST WIND 3 -10 MPH.

TODAY FOR MAMMOTH LAKES AND THE MONO VALLEYS: SUNNY EARLY BECOMING CLOUDY LATER IN THE DAY. THERE WILL BE A 30% CHANCE OF SCATTERED RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS. SNOW LEVEL 8,500 FEET IN THE EVENING. HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 51 FOR THE TOWN AND 61 FOR THE VALLEYS. LOW TEMPERATURE RANGE 27 - 38. NORTH WIND 5 - 10 MPH.

TOMORROW FOR MAMMOTH LAKES AND THE MONO VALLEYS: MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 47 FOR THE TOWN AND 58 FOR THE VALLEYS. LOW TEMPERATURE RANGE 24 - 36. EAST WIND 5 MPH.

ON THURSDAY THE RIDGE WILL AMPLIFY GIVING US MOSTLY CLEAR CONDITIONS, DRY WEATHER AND WARMING TEMPERATURES THROUGH SUNDAY.
