There will be some instability over the Sierra Crest today and tomorrow creating a slight chance of thunderstorm activity. Otherwise we can expect generally fairs skies and warm temperatures through Wednesday.

Today for Mammoth & the Mono Valleys: Sunny blue skies becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. High temperature range lower 70s for the Main Lodge and lower 80s for the Mono Valleys. Low temp range 32 - 42. Northwest wind 10 mph in the evening.

Tomorrow for Mammoth & the Mono Valleys: Clear skies becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon. There will be a slight chance on thunderstorms later in the day. High temperature range mid 70s for the Main Lodge and mid 80s for the Mono Valleys. Low temp range 37 - 47. West wind 10 mph.

The ridge of high pressure will remain over the West Coast through Sunday. Increasing moisture over the Sierra Crest will create a better chance of thunderstorm activity in the High Country on Friday and Saturday. Otherwise we will see a fairly stable pattern with dry conditions and clear skies.
