Another record temperature day in store for Bishop and the Owens Valley; if this happens it will make four days in a row that the high temperature record has been broken. The upper level high pressure ridge rebuilds today creating slightly warmer temperatures, dry weather and a few cirrus overhead.

Today for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Sunny skies and possible record high temperatures once again. Daytime temperatures in the mid 80s and evening lows in the upper 30s. South wind 10 - 15 mph in the afternoon.

Today for Mammoth: Clear blue skies. Temperature range 62 - 72 and lows 22 - 32. Light wind.

Tomorrow for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Sunny with highs in the low 80s and lows in the upper 30s. South wind 10 -15 mph in the afternoon and evening.

Tomorrow for Mammoth: Clear skies. Daytime temperature range 65 - 75 and evening lows 23 - 33. Light wind.

The West Coast ridge will move east on Sunday, lowering temperatures a bit. Then a weak upper level trough pushes in early next week creating cooler temperatures and a chance of showers on Tuesday and Wednesday, particularly for the High Country.

Thanks Dennis!

What a difference from last year...those last storms about two weeks ago brought 4 feet at our house at 6300 feet...we have maybe a foot left..it's melting really fast with these warm and sunny days...very odd for March..I look out and it looks more like May  It has been nice as far as being able to turn the heater off completely during the day. Hiking yesterday It would have been warm enough for shorts and short sleeves :)
