Forecast for Mammoth & the Owens Valley

Broadcast Times 12:30pm & 5:30pm M - F

An upper ridge over the West Coast will continue to strengthen giving us dry conditions and mostly clear skies. We will have a few spillover, transient thin cirrus floating overhead.

Today for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Mostly sunny and warmer. High temperatures will be in the mid 60s and lows in the lower 30s. North wind 10 - 15 mph.

Today for Mammoth: Partly sunny. Temperature range, highs 45 - 55 and lows 15 - 25. Northwest wind 10 - 15 gusting to 50 over the Crest.

Tomorrow for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Mostly sunny with a continued warming trend. High temperatures in the upper 60s and lows in the mid 30s. Northwest wind 10 - 15 mph.

Tomorrow for Mammoth: Sunny and a little warmer. Temperature range, highs 45 - 58 and lows 18 - 28. Northwest wind 10 - 15 with occasional gusts of 50 over the Crest.

There will be dry and warmer conditions through Saturday, then the West Coast ridge shifts east on Sunday with the approach of the next weather system. Increasing clouds Sunday with a chance of rain in the Owens Valley and snow showers in Mammoth off and on through mid week.
