A Bear's Eye View

Grab your bear can or camp chair, kick your feet up and chew the fat about anything Sierra Nevada related that doesn't quite fit in any of the other forums. Within reason, (and the HST rules and guidelines) this is also an anything goes forum. Tell stories, discuss wilderness issues, music, or whatever else the High Sierra stirs up in your mind.

A Bear's Eye View

Post by balance »

Greetings

Here's a very interesting National Geographic website called: A Bear's-Eye View of Yellowstone:
http://www.nationalgeographic.com/magaz ... ars-video/

It records the wandering of two black bears and two grizzlies as they traipse around the Yellowstone area. As you scroll through the website you follow along a map of their journey, and you see what they see from the camera attached to their collars. Truly a bears-eye view. I found this to be fascinating and informative; hope you enjoy it too.

Peace.
