Owens Valley / Mammoth Weather Forecast

Forecast Specialist for the Sierra Wave 92.5 / 96.5 FM

High amplitude ridge over California to remain in place today and Wednesday with continued dry and warmer weather.

Today for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Sunny blue skies with high temperatures in the lower 60s and lows about 20. Light wind.

Today for Mammoth: Clear skies. High temps in the low 50s and lows around 15. Light winds.

Wednesday for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Sunny skies again with high temps in the lower 60s and low temps in the mid 20s. Wind light and variable.

Wednesday for Mammoth: Sunny and clear with daytime temps in the lower 50s and evening temps around 18. Wind light and variable.

A very weak shortwave will try to undercut the WC ridge on Thursday bringing in some clouds and cooling through Friday with a very slight chance of a shower or two in the High Country; otherwise dry conditions will prevail though Saturday.
