Owens Valley / Mammoth Weather Forecast

Forecast Specialist for the Sierra Wave 92.5 / 96.5 FM

Upper high pressure ridge will move into our area today and dominate our weather through Sunday. Dennis expects fair skies, reduced winds and slightly warmer temps in Owens Valley and High Country.

Today for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Blue skies with some cirrus
overhead. Northwest wind 10 - 15 mph. Low temperatures will be in
the upper teens and highs in the low 50s.

Today for Mammoth: Clear skies. North wind 10 mph in town and 70 over the Crest in the morning. High temps in the mid 30s and lows in the single digits.

Tomorrow for Bishop & the Owens Valley: Sunny skies. Northwest wind 10 mph. High temps in the low 50s and low temps in the upper teens.

Tomorrow for Mammoth: Clear skies. High temps in the mid 40s and lows in the mid teens. West wind 10 mph.

A weak shortwave will move through our area on Monday, giving Mammoth and the High Country a shot at some snow showers with partly cloudy conditions in the Owens Valley. Upper level ridge builds in on Monday night through Wednesday.
