Discussion: Stratus evident over the valley today, otherwise sunny and cool. It looks mostly dry Saturday and during the day on Sunday.
Today: Mostly sunny with light wind. Temps mid 50s / low 20s.
Tomorrow: Mostly clear, winds NW 10-15 mph. Temps mid 50s / low 20s.
Outlook: On Sunday an upper level trough will cross central CA with quite a bit of moisture and a very cold air mass. The High Country looks to receive its first significant snowfall Sunday Night. Estimates are 6 to +12 inches Sunday night into Monday. Cold air will linger Monday night into at least Tuesday with daytime temps in the High Country expected to be in the low to mid 20s. If you plan your homeward trip via Tioga Pass on Sunday, leave EARLY.
