All:

Discussion: Flat ridge to amplify a bit, creating dry weather and slightly above normal temps through Sunday.

Today: Clear. Temps upper 60s / mid 30s. Winds NW light and variable.

Tomorrow: Clear skies. Temps low 70s / mid to upper 30s. Winds SW light and variable.

Outlook: Upper ridge begins to shift eastward on Monday. Trough out of Gulf of Alaska deepends and shifts southward creating a southwest flow. Shortwave impulses to track over northern CA by mid week. Still quite a bit of uncertainty over the strength of this developing trough, so at this time, I am continuing with a dry forecast through mid week.

Well Snowy:

The current weather is great for trekking but not so good for boarding.

Yeah, not planning to go til Thanksgiving weekend, and even then we'll probably be checking out 4WD roads in the area.

That's ok with me, it just adds on to my hiking season! :D We were on the slopes til July last season.
