Has anyone done any backpacking, hopefully a lot of, in the cascades. I saw some amazing photos from fisher basin and now i am interested in going up there.

Or California. The Cascades do not start at the Oregon state line. Lassen is the Cascades.

I guess from the pictures I am most interested in the northern cascades, Washington.
