Hi there!
I know there are lots of sites out there that have trips/trails posted for Olympic National Park, but I'd like to know from some like-minded individuals any good trips that you've had. I'll be going with my family so I'm limited to reasonably short (anywhere from 1-7 miles) day hikes (rest of the family doesn't take too well to the whole camping thing).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Olympic National Park
If you drive up to Hurricane Ridge (which I recommend highly) drive out the good dirt road east to Obstruction Point. There is a trail that follows the ridge from there through some beautiful alpine areas with fantastic views and its away from the crowds at Hurricane ridge. If you are willing to lose and then gain back alot of elevation you can make it a loop trip by dropping down to the north.
The trail along the Hoh River is a great, virtually level hike in a deep rain forest, with a good chance to see elk.
