High Sierra Topix

This is unheard of! Mt. Bachelor closed today because of too much snow too fast!


Now it is nothing compared to what Mammoth and other sierra resorts get but it certainly is a change over a week earlier!

That is a lot of snow especially for how little it has come so far. It sounds like they are opening back up tomorrow. I wish I was there to go skiing. It looks very inviting right now.

Says the 20-something ski bum that still lives inside me: No such thing as "too much" snow.
