Wetterhorn Peak in Colorado

Post by Mooses » Mon Jun 19, 2006 12:51 pm

Hey there HST Gang, haven't stopped in for a while. I've been living on the mountain bike these days, but I finally broke out the hiking boots and climbed Wetterhorn Peak (14,015') in the Uncompahgre Wilderness down here in SW Colorado near Ouray. A few pix:

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying those beautiful Sierras!!

Thanks, TB. I cleared a pass on a FS road and stopped right in my tracks. I needed to get to the campsite, but I wasn't going to pass up that light!

Beautiful!
