Somebody got killed the other day at Washoe Lake between Reno and Carson City doing this. A gust of wind picked him up a hundred feet and slammed him into a car in the parking lot. Ouch!

Hikerduane..that is horrible! I did not hear about that...is it in the Reno Gazzete you know?

madeintahoe, it was on tv and in the Nevada Appeal where I read some on the accident.
