Trekker, Ridgeline, Trail Bud and Snow Nymph summitted Telescope Peak. Ridgeline and Snowy bagged Bennett and Rogers on the way down. First time for all in DV, except me. (wk 18, pt 1)

Wildrose Peak dayhike (9,064')

Trekkers friend Nicole met us at Charcoal Kilns. Trekker was planning to go half way, so Nicole and I continued to the summit. Trekker ended up surprising us, he didn't stop and kept going. We went up with him and summitted again.

Looks like Sunday was a fun one. My knee was not up for another day but seemed to recoop quick this week. The Claret Cup is beautiful, amazing how it grows in such harsh conditions.

My knee pain was gone Sunday. Trekker fixed it!

I had never seen Claret Cup blooms, we saw a few of them out there. Beautiful!

Where's Trail Bud pics?
