Could not help myself, went up for a dayhike up South Fork to the Meadows and then turned right. Had a great hike, great day, good views, sunburn, tired, the works. Any day of hiking is better than a day of work.
Began hiking around 0830 hrs, my partner arrived late, and with a bad ankle. Nonetheless it was a good hike, returned at the car around 1800 hours. Good times.

Weather was sunny and 50 degrees. Wind was calm...we got a great day.

Actually, they are the Denali Classics. But the 8" tails made a world of differents going up and down...
Bottom line, they are great.
The shoes with the "webbing" I believe are the lightening...but these are not those shoes. Nonetheless, everything in perspective of the pocket-book.
The shoes still rocked hard core.
