Wind River High Route

Hello. lots of good information here. In late August I am going to do a version of the wind river high route. 10 full days basically as follows
Green River Lakes to Peak Lake
Peak Lake via Knapsack Col to Indian Basin
Indian Basin to Cool Lakes via Wall Island Pass
Cook Lakes to Golden Lake via Fall Creek Pass(was considering Cook Pass instead)
Golden Lake to Middle Fork Lake via Long Lake and Europe Canyon
Middle Fork Lake to Pyramid Lake Area via Bonnyville Raid Col
Pyramid Lake area to Texas Pass
Texas Pass to Cirque of the Towers
Cirque of the towers to Big Sandy, hopefully with a side trip to Deep Lake

I have Pallister's book which I have found immensly helpful. I see there are some very experienced people here who can give some advice.
1.Can you provide any photos showing terrain useful in navigating around Long Lake
2.Any photos showing Timico to Fall Creek Pass to Golden Lake Route? do you reccomend going to Upper Golden Lake first?
3.Any photos showing terrain from Long Lake to Bonnyville Basin, esp area around Europe Canyon?
4.Would you use Cook Pass instead of Fall Creek Pass?
I dont like scrambling.
Any ideas or advice welcome. We are a group of two looking for one or two more trailmates. Thx much......

Hi MtnCanyon,

Welcome to HST!
Hopefully Wandering Daisy (Pallister) hasn't left for the Winds yet, she of coarse could
answer all your questions.
Some of her posts of the Winds:
