Mtn Bike randonne?

Postby dave54 on Sun Apr 09, 2006 3:03 pm

Had this discussion with a few friends, and none of us had an answer. An internet search didn't reveal any real answers.

Randonne road bike events are increasing in popularity both in the U.S. and elsewhere. But they are exclusively for roadies. Where are the all-dirt randonne events? The UK has several each year. I would think there would be at least a few in CA., but we couldn't think of any. Anyone here know of any?

No takers?

How about a backpacking randonnee?
