It was pouring in Mammoth, so we took the Rubicon out for a drive on class II and III roads. Scrambled up a peak for views and found a register! The cool part about it is that we can see it from Mammoth!

Hey Snow Nymph, check out this story. I used to go X mas tree cutting out in this area too. The, uh "roads", can get pretty gnarley. A lot of folks have this story to tell, me included.

Bummer not having internet connection! This place (Looney Bean) is usually so packed we can't get in. I forgot my glasses at the condo, so I'm squinting and vision is getting blurry.
