Snowshoed this weekend at South Lake and Little Lakes Valley

Post by DAVELA »

After the big storm i took a chance and brought my snowshoes and it was awesome...Didnt think id get to do this so early in season.Scenery was spectacular with 1-2ft of snow between 9800-10700.
This is so weird because 2 or 3 weeks ago i dreamt it snowed in LA and i was snowshoeing around town! This was so much better than the dream. :D

Great pictures. Wish I would've been there.

I want it to really snow though so I can do some quality skiing (if my back allows). I'm praying for some good storms, but the whole next week looks dry.

Nice! Love the snow covered hills with fall colors! Thanks! Will try to get up there next weekend! :D
