Mono Visitor Center Changes 8/10

Post by maverick »

Inyo NF:
The Mono Basin Scenic Area Visitor Center will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the remainder of this year. The Mono Basin Scenic Area Visitor Center will be open Thursday-Monday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. At this time, masks are required in Mono County and within all federal facilities.
The Eastern Sierra Interpretive Association(ESIA), which operates the bookstore, will also provide services within these hours.
Please plan any business at this visitor center accordingly.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.

Have a safer backcountry experience by using the HST ReConn Form 2.0, named after Larry Conn, a HST member: http://reconn.org
