fish4gold - My friend used paint.NET to stitch the photos together.

I used paint.NET and manually orientated the pictures until one edge lined up with the picture below using land marks to confirm alignment. I had to resize some of the picture due to differing zoom setting used for the picture. There might be an automatic program, but with ~30 min and the software I used it came out looking good.
