Tahoe vs Emigrant Wilderness: June 17-19

Post by Debra Brender »

Debating between Echo-Aloha Lake or Chewing Gum Lake in Emigrant Wilderness. Looking for good off-leash with dog 10 miles round-trip without freezing at night and without mosquitoes all day. Thanks!

Welcome to HST! Wish you and your dog a lot of luck with that one, your planning to go up near the height of mosquito season.

I don't give out specific route information, my belief is that it takes away from the whole adventure spirit of a trip, if you need every inch planned out, you'll have to get that from someone else.
